Court Calendar

The Mountain View Municipal Court is responsible for fairly and impartially handling cases involving violations of Town ordinances and applicable state laws within the Town’s jurisdiction. The Court is committed to upholding the law while ensuring that all individuals are treated with respect and provided due process.

Municipal Court proceedings are conducted in accordance with Oklahoma law. Court sessions are held at scheduled times, and all cases are heard by the Municipal Judge.
